How and when XUMBELL digital products are delivered after payment. No physical shipping.
Digital delivery only
XUMBELL sells digital products exclusively. There is no physical shipment, no courier and no shipping charge. Nothing will ever be posted to your address.
Delivery method
After payment is captured and verified, checkout redirects you to your order download page. Save this link. Signed-in customers can also access linked purchases in their account. Automatic download emails are not currently provided.
Delivery time
Download access becomes available after captured payment is verified. Bank or payment-provider delays may affect confirmation. If you were charged but cannot access your order, contact support with your payment reference.
Download validity
Initial order download links remain valid for 30 days after confirmed payment and allow up to 10 downloads. Reissued links may have a different expiry or limit, shown on the order page. Individual file links expire after five minutes. Contact support with your order number for an expired or broken link. Reissue depends on verification and file availability; if delivery cannot be resolved, the refund policy applies. Permanent hosting and lifetime updates are not promised.

Check your saved download page and signed-in account. If access is still missing, email xumbell2@gmail.com or call +91 8310728524 with your order number and request assistance with your download link within 24 hours.
International customers
Because delivery is entirely online, customers anywhere in the world receive their products the same way and at the same speed. No customs, duties or shipping restrictions apply.
