How to reach us
Email xumbell2@gmail.com or call +91 8310728524. Support is available Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST and we reply to every message within 24 hours. The Contact page can prepare an email draft; you must send it in your email application. It does not submit messages automatically.
Help with a download
If your download link has expired, reached its limit, or the file will not open, send your order number and checkout email. Support will review access and file availability; unresolved delivery issues are covered by the refund policy.
Order and payment questions
For a missing order confirmation, a duplicate charge, or a payment that was debited without delivery, contact us with your payment reference and we will trace and resolve it, including a refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and timelines are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Requests should be sent within 7 days of purchase.
