Licensing Policy
How you may use digital products purchased from XUMBELL.
What your purchase includes
The licence supplied with each product determines permitted use, duration and any restrictions. A purchase does not transfer copyright or grant rights beyond the underlying licence. Review that licence before purchase and contact support if it is unavailable.
Personal use
Personal usage is permitted only to the extent allowed by the licence supplied with the product. Project, user and device limits may apply.
Commercial use
Commercial use, client work, redistribution, Master Resell Rights (MRR) and Private Label Rights (PLR) are not included by default. They apply only where the actual product licence expressly grants them. A listing label alone is not proof of those rights.
Team use
Team use and distribution are subject to the underlying licence. Contact support to confirm permitted users before sharing files.
What is not permitted
Unless expressly permitted by the underlying licence, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, give away or share the original files; upload them to public repositories or file-sharing sites; include them in a competing template or asset marketplace; or claim authorship of them.
Updates
Updates are included only where the verified product licence and offering expressly say so. There is no store-wide promise of lifetime updates or permanent availability.
Licence termination
The licence ends automatically if these terms are breached or if the order is refunded or reversed. On termination you must stop using and delete the files.
